Communications and marketing manager
With ten years experience of working in communications and marketing, Jessica understands the importance of landing the right message with the right audience at the right time, and works as part of the communications team to ensure the Centre’s messages are seen and heard.
Having worked in both internal and external comms across the public and private sector, Jessica’s experience spans from managing the deployment of a weekly e-newsletter to eight million customers for a leading supermarket, delivering high profile events, and working across a number of policy areas and challenging campaigns. Successful buy-in, implementing brand guidelines and strategic messaging has been essential throughout.
Jessica’s knowledge helps her to provide a communications steer to the wider team, for example with case studies, articles, social media, and blogs. Jessica also enjoys the analytical side of communications in terms of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns so success can be built on for future campaigns.
