Mark join the centre following a career in Policing and has leadership experience at operational, tactical and strategic level, across a range of policing functions. For much of his career he was involved in consulting and engaging the public, often across diverse communities, and working with partners and stakeholders on problems solving and developing new or improving existing services. 

He believes passionately in the need for an increasingly collaborative and collective approach to providing the best services for the public, with better information sharing being at the core of that change. However, he does not underestimate the challenges involved and Mark wants to help and support people and organisations on that information sharing journey.
