Questions the toolkit will aim to help you answer:

How do we meet our training needs?

How do we monitor and evaluate information sharing?

What will we have at the end of this stage?

By the end of the implementation stage, the partnership will have implemented the information sharing initiative as developed during the earlier phases. The partnership will be gathering data to monitor the progress of the information sharing.

Why is it important?

The implementation stage is the realisation of the hard work put in during earlier stages. It is also a chance to test out all the assumptions made during the process.
